Several of the keynote presentations and some other concurrent sessions were webcast live this year by KidzOnline. Those sessions are now archived and can be watched via streaming video. Here's a link to the menu of sessions:
KidzOnline NECC 2005 Webcasts
Just click on any of the titles on the KidzOnline site above to view the presentation.
Sessions I attended and would recommend watching are:
The New Shape of Knowledge (which begins with an introduction to NECC from Ben Franklin and the Pres. of ISTE and then gets to the keynote speaker, David Weinberger, who was very good, and thought provoking)
The Natives are Restless (very entertaining and also thought provoking as Deneen Frazier Bowen takes on the roles of different students who have different viewpoints and ways they use technology which are often untapped in schools for educational purposes)
Another session I attended which I didn't think was too thrilling was:
Technology Solutions that Work! Research-Based Practices for Elementary Grades (Ed Coughlin from the Metiri Group gave us a log in for a few days to get into the database and see some of the results. If you would like that info, please email me and I'll send it to you. Not sure how long it will work, though.)
There are other webcast sessions listed that I wasn’t able to get to at the conference but plan to listen to in the next week or so.
Donna, Ted, and Laura - Did you go to other keynotes or sessions that were webcast? What do you recommend?

I agree about David Weinberger! I also went to the luncheon where there was a keynote speaker on "Educating Today's Digital Native Learners" - he was very good. I will write up a review.
